WatchGuardONE Sales Certifications
Sales certifications are offered as “learn on your own” online programs with dedicated learning paths for each product family. Complete the learning path for any product family, and you’ll earn a WatchGuardONE sales certification – an important part of your overall product specialization.

WatchGuardONE Technical Certifications
WatchGuard offers partners the opportunity to take technical certification exams, which also count toward your overall product specialization. The certification demonstrates to your customers that you are selling products with which your employees have a high level of technical competence. Certification exams are offered through third-party test proctor Kryterion, and individuals who pass these exams are certified for two years.
WatchGuard offers four technical certification exams:
- Network Security Essentials – This exam covers the content previously covered in Fireware Essentials, but also includes content on basic networking and new Fireware topics, including multi-WAN, VLANs, and more.
- Secure Wi-Fi Essentials – This exam covers basic wireless technology and Wi-Fi Cloud, as well as Fireware Gateway Wireless Controller and wireless Firebox devices.
- Multi-Factor Authentication Essentials – This exam covers basic authentication technology concepts and how to set up, configure, and manage WatchGuard AuthPoint.
- Endpoint Security Essentials – This exam covers basic endpoint security technology, Adaptive Defense 360, Advanced Reporting Tool, Full Encryption, and Patch Management.
